В моем советском детстве девочек из хороших семей было принято отдавать учиться в музыкальные школы. Наиболее способные попадали на фортепиано, те, кто не отличался особыми талантами — на другие, вроде как второстепенные инструменты.Семилетняя учеба в музыкалке была своего рода повинностью для детей, которые перед зачетами нервничали, побаивались педагогов, а сдав последний экзамен, говорили, что ненавидят музыку.
Устоявшаяся система музыкального образования была ориентирована на отбор лучших и забвение середняков. Мы выпускали (и продолжаем выпускать) выдающихся профессионалов, недаром российские академические музыканты востребованы во всем мире, это наш неизменный успешный “экспорт”. Этим стоит гордиться. Но что же с теми, которые не дотягивают до верхней планки?
С этого года музыкальные школы Москвы перешли на новую систему обучения — образование делится на предпрофессиональное и любительское. Вторая программа предполагает меньшее время на специальность, то есть занятия по основному инструменту.
Зато по-прежнему обязателен хор, сольфеджио, музыкальная литература и слушание музыки для младших классов.
Попытка реформировать методики преподавания совпала и с реорганизацией школ. В итоге педагоги пребывают в замешательстве, если не сказать в ужасе — объединения грозят сокращениями педагогических составов, а введение различных вариантов платного обучения не сулит, увы, ощутимой прибавки к зарплате.
Одновременно от преподавателей требуют того, на что по-хорошему нужны годы: начать учить детей по-новому, интересно и современно. Что означает только одно — прежде всего, переделать самих себя. Ведь можно сколько угодно говорить о том, как нужно учить, но реализовать это на деле невероятно сложно.
Инструмент требует от детей и их родителей огромных усилий. Постоянные самостоятельные занятия дома, большой и часто обновляющийся репертуар, изнуряющие (если работа идет по-настоящему) индивидуальные занятия с педагогом. Так учат профессионалов, тех, кто готов вкалывать сегодня на некий результат в будущем. Выучи сегодня 10 этюдов — и через год, возможно, подумаем о подготовке к конкурсу. Это профессиональная история, которая — совершенно точно — не годится для обычных занятий музыкой.
По статистике, не более 10% учеников районных музыкальных школ в итоге выбирают музыку в качестве своей профессии. А что остальные 90%? Чего хочет ребенок, подходя к инструменту? Научиться подобрать любимую мелодию, уметь сымпровизировать, спеть в компании друзей под собственный аккомпанемент. И хочется ведь сразу, через месяц-другой после начала занятий уже быть в состоянии что-то такое “изобразить”, а не бесконечно, целый год учить двумя пальцами “Василек”. А еще — чтобы похвалили, и педагог, и родственники-друзья.
Но занятия музыкой — это ведь и еще амбиции педагога. Представить лучших на зачете, выдвинуть своих на концерт, быть на хорошем счету в школе, методкабинете… Тратить время и силы в таком случае стоит на успешных, а остальные уже как-нибудь, двумя-тремя пальцами домучают свою программу.
Сложившаяся десятилетиями система нашего дополнительного музыкального образования была ориентирована на выявление талантов. Она работала и продолжает работать без сбоев. Но очевидно, что сегодня мы начинаем ощущать и понимать ценность другого — человека среднестатистического, но разносторонне образованного. Для этого зрителя стали обязательными походы на выставки современного искусства и музеи, в лучшие театры, на интеллектуальное кино. Но в списке приоритетов такого зрителя гораздо реже значится академическая музыка.
Конечно, филармонии, по крайней мере, в крупных городах, вряд ли могут пожаловаться на пустые места в залах, особенно на топовых концертах. Например, абонементы в Московскую филармонию разлетаются, как горячие пирожки в первые недели продажи. Но в той же филармонии признают: пока не удается воспитать новые поколения слушателей, для которых походы в академические залы стали бы образом жизни, насущной потребностью, если хотите.
Умение слушать и понимать классическую музыку — вот каким должен быть итог обучения в музыкальной школе. Чтобы академическая музыка, наравне с рок- и поп- стала неотъемлемой частью жизни. Ходить на концерт, чтобы отдыхать и получать удовольствие. Или просто — в транспорте “воткнуть” в уши Моцарта с Бетховеном. Зачем? Затем, что это делает нашу жизнь разнообразнее, расцвечивает ее, дает возможность переключиться, остановиться и подумать.
В середине 1970-х годов венесуэльский дирижер и композитор Хосе Антонио Абреу устроил в стране настоящую музыкальную революцию. Он сумел убедить уличных подростков и их родителей, что музицирование и занятия академической музыкой — это дорога в светлое будущее. В итоге в стране была создана “Система” — разветвленная структура детских и юношеских оркестров, в которых играет порядка 350 тысяч человек. Говорят, таким образом в стране не только вырастили целое поколение музыкально увлеченных людей, но и побороли частично преступность.
Главное, чего не хватает нашему музыкальному образованию — это умения ценить каждого ребенка за его старания, вне зависимости от результата. Я уверена, что музыкальные школы не должны выпускать ежегодно десятки мацуевых. Но они должны давать детям возможность проявить себя. Ведь помимо высоких материй, занятия музыкой развивают координацию и беглость пальцев, образное и абстрактное мышление (недаром музыка в средневековье была сродни математике), учат концентрироваться и владеть собой. Все это пригодится в жизни, даже если ваш ребенок никак не будет связан с музыкальной профессией в будущем.

Зачем вообще необходимо дополнительное образование?
Дополнительное образование дает дополнительные возможности, увеличивает вероятность найти свои интересы, а благодаря этим интересам и занятие на всю жизнь. Занятие, которое принесет не только удовольствие, но и финансовое благополучие. Как говорится – самая лучшая работа, это высокооплачиваемое хобби.
Общие же знания ведут только по пути большинства, где и возможностей немного и конкуренция велика.
- Иностранные языки
- Обучение танцам
- Обучение музыке
- Спорт
А так же многие другие дисциплины важны для развития ребенка и практически каждая из них может дополнить другую.
И если спорт важен для поддержки здоровья, воспитание стойкости и уверенности в своих силах, то музыка важна для эмоционального развития, формирования хорошего вкуса, а так же коммуникации в обществе, где единственно верным считается полноценное образование.
К слову, дополнительным образованием эти дисциплины стали считаться сегодня. Раньше они входили в обязательную программу обучения ребенка (речь, разумеется, идет о высших сословиях, однако именно они являются примером лучшего образования для ребенка в те времена) и качество обучения зависело от методов и профессионализма преподавателя, но далеко не от количества дисциплин.
Существует заблуждение — отдавая ребенка, например, в музыкальную школу, родители воспитывают музыканта. И если даже в планах нет дальнейшей карьеры ребенка в музыке, родители считают, что цель занятий научиться играть на инструменте. Не более.

Однако, возвращаясь, к примеру, высших сословий, единицы из воспитанников становились музыкантами, а музыкальное образование получали дети всех, кто был способен это образование оплатить. Разве это не пример необходимости?
То же касается и других дисциплин.
На самом деле, подобные уроки, это, прежде всего знания и опыт, получить которые легче всего именно в юном возрасте. Практически любой опыт можно применить в разных областях, и чем больше его будет, тем разнообразнее сферы его применения и лучше результат.
Дополнительное образование тем и важно, что позволяет на более глубоком уровне интересоваться и применять знания, опыт из других областей, знакомиться и понимать людей из других сфер. Шире и полнее анализировать информацию, ситуации и многое другое.
И в итоге увеличивать свои шансы на выигрыш в жизненной лотерее.
При прочих равных условиях, вся жизнь человека, получившего в детстве максимум возможностей и опыта будет намного ярче, чем жизнь человека, не выходящего за рамки «Как у всех» и не стремящегося получить больше.
Где может пригодиться музыкальное образование
Не все понимают, зачем нужно музыкальное образование: многие считают, что в этой сфере достаточно таланта. На самом деле даже при наличии способностей вокалисту или музыканту нужно обучение, при котором студент получит теоретические основы мастерства и приобретет необходимую базу.
Кем можно работать с музыкальным образованием
Кроме очевидных профессий (певца или музыканта), профильное образование понадобится в таких специальностях:
- композитор;
- аранжировщик;
- звукорежиссер;
- дирижер;
- концертный исполнитель;
- учитель музыки;
- концертмейстер.
Не помешает профессиональное образование также музыковеду или музыкальному критику.
Что дает музыкальная школа, кроме уменья играть на инструменте?
Не будем говорить о тех, кому музыкальная школа дает путевку в жизнь. Родители талантливых, стремящихся к музыке детей, как правило, не задаются вопросом, зачем нужна музыкальная школа.
Что же может дать образование в музыкальной школе ребенку, проявляющему свой талант в других областях?
Прежде всего, это тренировка и развитие памяти во всех ее направлениях. Это и память на слух (запоминание речи, музыки, иных звуков), что к слову, значительно облегчает изучение иностранных языков и избавляет от проблем с акцентом.
И зрительная память (запоминание и воспроизведение зрительных образов, знаков) – способность ассоциировать связанные с музыкой визуальные картины и воспроизводить большие объемы информации.
Пространственная память – только представьте себе, запомнить расположение 88 клавиш фортепиано на расстоянии более полутора метров, или в каком положении рук звучит та или иная нота гитары и без ошибок их использовать.
Музыкальная память включает в себя слуховую, тактильную, эмоциональную и двигательную память. Только занимаясь музыкой, можно тренировать и развить практически все виды памяти ребенка.
Кстати для тех, кто умеет играть на музыкальных инструментах, обучение десятипальцевому методу печатанья на клавиатуре компьютера дается очень легко. Их не пугают большие объемы текста, и общаться с такими людьми даже в социальных сетях намного приятнее. Они не ограничены общением через смайлики.
Знание законов построения музыки позволяет понимать ее. Хотите, чтобы в будущем ребенок развивал собственный вкус, а не копировал свои предпочтения со сверстников или знакомых, тогда музыкальное образование просто необходимо.
Развитие мозга, координация рук, ног, глаз, все это и многое другое дают занятия музыкой. Собственно для каждого ребенка в отдельности преимущества занятий музыкой очень индивидуальны, полное их перечисление не имеет смысла просто из-за различий в талантах, особенностях ребенка, интересов родителей и множества других нюансов.
Важно другое. Умение играть на инструменте (особенно на таких распространенных как гитара, фортепиано, скрипка, саксофон), это только дополнительное преимущество, позволяющее выделиться на фоне сверстников, а в будущем коллег и знакомых.
Человек, умеющий и любящий играть на музыкальном инструменте, намного реже остается в одиночестве. Внимание со стороны позволяет ему не искать общества, а выбирать свой круг общения.
Основная же польза от занятий проявляется совершенно в других областях. И области эти могут охватывать практически все сферы в жизни человека.
Когда музыкальная школа противопоказана
- Далеко не каждый ребенок имеет одинаковые способности в музыке. Музыкальный слух и чувство ритма конечно можно развить, но если изначально он значительно ниже, чем у большинства его одноклассников, ребенок будет всегда отстающим.
- Ребенок просто горит другим интересом, занятия музыкой тяготят его, он считает, что просто тратит время, играя на музыкальном инструменте.
- Даже имея хороший слух и/или голос ребенок, совершенно не интересуется музыкой. Он к ней равнодушен.
- Ребенок вообще не имеет музыкального слуха.
В первых двух случаях музыкальная школа противопоказана, в третьем — попробовать отдать его в школу можно, но если интерес не проявится, то лучше его оттуда забрать, в последнем лучше избавить его от мучений.
Вся польза от занятий в музыкальной школе для этих детей может превратиться во вред.
Вместо воспитания характера будут развиваться комплексы. Вместо терпения и стремления к результату – ненависть к музыкальному инструменту, к педагогам, а иногда и к родителям, заставляющим заниматься. Вместо положительного опыта выступлений перед большими аудиториями – их боязнь.
В итоге вместо применения знаний, полученных в музыкальной школе, он постарается забыть все то, что было связано с годами нервотрепки и разочарований (примеров этому множество, на любом форуме, где поднимается вопрос о необходимости музыкального образования можно встретить комментарии тех, кто получил такой, негативный опыт).
Как же быть, если музыкальное образование все-таки дать хочется?
И в первом и во втором и в третьем случае не подходит сам способ подачи материала в музыкальной школе.
В первом – сравнивая себя с другими детьми (а делать это придется, экзамены, выступления, успеваемость) ребенок скорее будет замечать свои неудачи, чем успехи.
Во втором музыкальное образование отнимет значительную часть времени (полное музыкальное образование включает в себя огромный пласт информации, а так же конкурсы, выступления, подготовку к ним), которое ребенок будет считать потерянным и вымученным.
В третьем – то же что и во втором, с единственным отличием, это скука.
Однако ставить крест на занятиях музыкой, тем более, если Вы сами считаете их необходимыми для полного образования, не стоит. Хороший, хотя и более дорогой, выход в таких ситуациях – репетитор.
Профессиональный репетитор, это, прежде всего, индивидуальная программа обучения для каждого ученика.
Для ребенка (как впрочем, для человека любого возраста) развивающего свои способности будет программа со своими достижениями, экзаменами, оценкой педагога, но не будет необходимости сравнивать свои успехи с другими. В будущем, уже развив свои способности, вполне можно и о музыкальной школе подумать, при большом желании.
Для того чьи интересы далеки от музыки будет программа с минимальной загрузкой по этой дисциплине, однако основы и азы получит и этот ребенок.
А те, кому занятия скучны, вполне возможно изменят свое мнение, занимаясь с педагогом, который подстраивается под интересы конкретного ребенка. Если нет, то продолжать вряд ли стоит.
В любом случае, репетитор по музыке, это не только хорошая возможность совершенствования уже усвоенных знаний, но и замечательный вариант получения начального, индивидуального, музыкального образования.

Что лучше? Музыкальная школа или репетитор?
Разумеется, если исходить из качества образования, лучше хорошей музыкальной школы быть не может. Это и отработанная годами методика и сразу несколько педагогов, индивидуально занимающихся с ребенком, те же концерты и конкурсы, где детям просто весело даже, несмотря на эмоциональную нагрузку.
Однако репетитор (особенно хороший репетитор, которого выбирали осознанно), это контроль со стороны родителей и более легкий способ заинтересовать ребенка музыкой. Возможность уделять занятиям музыкой намного меньшее время, не исключая ее из интересов ребенка.
Ответ на вопрос что лучше, музыкальная школа или репетитор вряд ли может быть категоричен, единственное в чем можно быть уверенным так это то, что музыкальное образование, как и любое другое дополнительное образование очень полезно для каждого ребенка, но «Не навреди» — главный принцип врача. Тем же принципом приходится руководствоваться родителю. Выбирать каким образом ребенок получит его или не получит совсем именно им.
Кому дадут сертификаты на кружки
– Какого вопроса вы ждали от прямой линии с президентом?
– Мои коллеги отправили множество обращений, в том числе на “прямую линию”, о внедрении сертификатов на дополнительное образование. Мы уверены, это приведет к деградации и уравнению музыкальных школ с кружками и секциями. Хотя идея получила отрицательную оценку профессионального сообщества, в том числе в комитете по культуре Госдумы, тревожные звонки из регионов поступают.
Справка: сертификат ПФДО – это счет, с которого списываются бюджетные средства на оплату занятий в выбранном кружке. Именной сертификат введен в пилотных регионах с 1 сентября 2018 года. Он выдается на все программы дополнительного образования (общеразвивающие и предпрофессиональные) один раз. Государство гарантирует, что дополнительное образование будет для ребенка бесплатным, правда в объеме, определяемом сертификатом.
– Обращения писали коллеги-москвичи?
– Как раз Москвы проблема пока не касается, а вот Подмосковья и нескольких регионов (Ярославской области, Алтайского края, Республики Коми, ХМАО) – напрямую. При том, что президент дважды высказывался в защиту музыкальных школ, чем вселил надежду в сердца музыкантов, что школы не тронут. Так что вопрос сводился к простому «как». Как остановить внедрение ПФДО в школах искусств?
– Расстроились, что до обсуждения музыкальных школ так и не дошло?
– Мы и правда очень ждали. Президент неоднократно высказывался, что музыкальные школы надо сохранить. Я даже думаю, за этим стоит воспоминание о школах нашего детства, в которых учиться мог каждый. Каждый получал не упрощенную, сокращенную, а полноценную программу и через семь лет мог выбрать музыкальную профессию, а мог и не выбрать. Главное – приобретал отличные знания, умения и навыки. А тут вдруг – получите сертификаты.
Мы расстроились, но спустя два дня после прямой линии стало известно, что министр культуры Владимир Мединский и министр просвещения Ольга Васильева подписали совместную рекомендацию главам регионов по сохранению существующей модели финансирования детских школ искусств. Рекомендовали не применять для предпрофессиональных программ сертификаты ПФДО. Это большой шаг. Правда, до конца не понимаю, что именно стоит за словом «рекомендация». Надеюсь, рекомендации приобретут характер закона. Тем более, что мы непрестанно на эту тему говорим в Госдуме.

– В каких-то регионах музыканты уже столкнулись с введением сертификатов на обучение?
–
Именно. Их уже ввели в пилотных регионах. Один мне хорошо знаком – Ханты-Мансийский автономный округ. Я бываю там регулярно, потому что в апреле там проходит мой авторский фестиваль «Зеленый шум». Этой весной мы собрали коллегию из директоров и методистов музыкальных школ, которые на практике столкнулись с нововведением. Понятно, все нововведения возникают из желания сэкономить средства. Ни разу в жизни не сталкивалась с проектами или реформами, которые имели бы цель максимум средств направить на финансирование образования, тем более музыкального. Все направлено на экономию. И это тот самый случай.
Коллеги подробно рассказали, что сертификат стоимостью до 30 тысяч рублей (ни в одном из пилотных регионов он не стоит дороже, а в Московской области даже меньше – 20 тысяч) дается одному ребенку на один год.
Как они будут распределяться, достанутся ли на следующий год тем же детям или уже другим, непонятно. Зато ясно, что, получив такой сертификат, ребенок не может с ним пойти на предпрофессиональные занятия по скрипке.
– Почему?
– Потому что это стоит гораздо дороже. Мы же понимаем, что занятия, обучающие игре на инструменте, индивидуальны, поэтому стоят не менее ста тысяч. Под стоимость сертификата каждое учебное заведение должно разработать такие программы (естественно, групповые), которые укладывались бы в эту сумму. Объемными и полноценными они не получатся по определению. Попробуй уложись в тридцать тысяч.
Да, есть прекрасное групповое занятие – хоровое пение, но остальные предметы – сольфеджио, общее фортепиано, музыкальная литература – в рамки выделяемых средств не помещаются.
Мало того, оказывается, если ребенок отнес сертификат в кружок по хоровому пению, заниматься другим видом допобразования, например, спортом, за счет государства он уже не сможет.
Все остальные занятия строго за счет родителей. В этом месте мы промолчим о зарплатах в регионах.
– Фактически это введение имущественного ценза? Музыка не для всех?
– Именно так. Постепенно. А еще это уход государства из сферы образовательных услуг. Мы привыкли, что дополнительное художественное и музыкальное образование для наших детей доступно, а тут вдруг оказывается совсем иначе. Платить сто тысяч в год за обучение игре на фортепиано или скрипке, согласитесь, мало кто может себе позволить.
Кстати, в советский период музыкальное образование однозначно бесплатным не было. Например, уроки фортепиано в СССР стоили 21 рубль в месяц, уроки скрипки и виолончели обходились дешевле. Но в последнее время в нашей стране музыкальное образование вообще было официально бесплатным, а по факту существуют «добровольные» родительские пожертвования.
Сейчас активно обсуждается введение более существенной официальной родительской платы, софинансирования с государством, но не потому что мы хотим ограничить круг учеников, а потому что важно повышение степени ответственности.
Ряд исследований говорит, что полностью бесплатное обучение музыке (заниматься музыкой вообще-то трудно) вызывает безответственное отношение. Многие начинают относиться к музыкальной школе как к чему-то развлекательному, неважному, необязательному. Введение посильной дифференцированной платы (для малоимущих плату стоит отменять, для талантливых детей ввести стипендии) – это разумная мера, хотя и спорная, должна быть всесторонне обсуждена.
– По вашему мнению, кому должны быть подчинены и перед кем ответственны детские музыкальные школы?
– Они должны быть в ведении Министерства культуры, а не Минобразования, не должны иметь и двойного подчинения.
– Почему же?
– Хотя бы потому, что Министерство образования требует избыточной отчетности. Все педагоги страдают от этого, особенно в вузах. Один коллега показывал мне огромную папку бумаг. Это была отчетность за год по одному студенту, не по специальности, а по не самому главному предмету.
Очевидно, в Минобразования просто не понимают специфику функционирования музыкальных школ. Знаете, какое лучшее доказательство этому? Проводимые проверки. Иногда доходит до комичного. Например, проверяющие в одной из музыкальных школ Москвы были возмущены, что на экзамене по специальности (на котором традиционно исполняют заранее подготовленную программу на инструменте) ученик не тянул билет.
– Как реформа может повлиять на качество образования?
– Мы мечтаем о реформе, которая была бы настроена на реальное улучшение образования. Но случалось преимущественно лишь урезание и сокращение. Что может быть хорошего в сознательном ухудшении? Даже за счет максимального охвата детей. Не нужно в угоду этому показателю упрощать и сокращать.
