1. Планируй 3 основные мероприятия дня, недели и месяца

Начиная рабочую неделю, задавайся вопросом «Какие три мероприятия должны быть сделаны до наступления выходных?». Это может быть важный рабочий доклад, поход в кино, сделанный комплекс упражнений в спортзале. Такие вопросы следует составлять ежедневно. При этом они должны не идти вразрез с мероприятиями на неделю.

По пятницам анализируй все, что было сделано за рабочую неделю и порядок дел во всех своих сферах. Определи, в каких направлениях нужны доработки, а в каких все хорошо. Учти свои погрешности перед началом новой трудовой недели. Таким же образом можно составлять мероприятия и на месяц. Этот метод учит расставлять приоритеты и делать акцент на цели, а не способах ее достижения.

2. Прокручивай планы в виде кинофильма

Список поставленных целей – это вовсе не документ Word. Задуманные мероприятия можно не только письменно составлять, но и визуализировать. Проведенные учеными исследования доказали, что человеческий мозг не может отличать желаемые и предстоящие события. Такую физиологическую особенность можно эффективно использовать для достижения целей. Если визуализировать желаемое событие (продвижение по карьерной лестнице, крупная покупка, поездка в экзотическую страну), то на подсознательном уровне зарождается желание его воплотить в реальность. Когда активируется такой процесс, головной мозг ищет возможность реализации поступающего сигнала. Смело визуализируй задуманные планы, как небольшие, так и масштабные.

3. Избавься от вредных «церемоний» перед началом работы

Практически у каждого утро рабочего дня начинается с кофе, общения с сотрудниками и просмотра в интернете новостей. Часто такие предрабочие «церемонии» затягиваются и забирают твою продуктивность. Совершенно наоборот происходит во время отпуска. Вначале руки сами тянутся к ноутбуку, проверке электронной почты и совершению деловых звонков. Абстрагироваться и релаксировать бывает также непросто, как и сосредоточится на работе. Избавься от таких бесполезных привычек и ощути, насколько времяпровождение стало эффективней.

4. Занимайся медитацией

Медитация бывает разная, от сложных комплексных упражнений до элементарных, не занимающих много времени. Тебе достаточно скачать наиболее подходящую для тебя методику, которая поможет за 15 минут настроиться на продуктивный рабочий день. Кроме этого, медитация улучшает самочувствие, настроение и снимает стрессовое состояние.

5. Не более одной «горчинки» в день

Горчинки – это нелюбимые дела, которые все же приходится делать. Это может быть уборка в гараже, публичное выступление, отчет перед руководителем, встреча с малоприятным человеком. Ввиду психологической особенности людям свойственно максимально оттягивать малоприятные дела «на потом». Таким образом «горчинки» накапливаются и обрушиваются на тебя. Чтобы так не произошло, старайся выполнять не более одного неприятного дела в день.

6. Абстрагируйся от всех отвлекающих раздражителей

Часто случается так, что раздавшийся телефонный звонок во время важного дела или совещания сбивает с мыслей. Или ты получил письмо и сразу же решил на него ответить, а тут выяснилось, что нужно обновить электронные объявления. После таких раздражителей бывает сложно собраться с мыслями и продолжить эффективную работу. Безусловно, нужно тренировать себя уметь быстро переключаться с одного дела на другое. Но это не должно быть во вред себе. Прививай привычку нужным образом расставлять приоритеты дел и не отвлекаться на каждое сообщение или звонок.

7. Делай маленькие перерывы

Полчаса работай и 5 минут отдыхай. На четвертом промежутке отводи время отдыху до 30 минут. Такая методика позволяет не терять концентрацию на работе и при этом не уставать. Такой вариант отлично подойдет тем, кто работает над одним и теме же делом. Но при этом важно, чтобы перерыв не превратился в серфинг по интернету. Лучше всего сделать разминку или прогулку.

8. Составляй список ассоциаций

Составь несколько основных списков мероприятий на 10-20 пунктов. Каждая позиция должна ассоциироваться с цифрой. Можно это сделать таким образом: 1 – единорог, 2 – велосипед, 3 – тройник и т. д. Такой метод вполне эффективно помогает запоминать важные планы и дела.

9. Применяй систему B-ALERT

Эта система действует методом соответствия буквы и мероприятия, которое предстоит.

В – Blueprint (план) – планы на день.

А – Action (действие) – воплощение поставленных задач.

L – Learning (саморазвитие, обучение) – усвоение новой информации. Это может быть познавательная книга, статья, видеосюжет.

E – Exercise (занятия) – физическая разминка (йога, зарядка, тренажерный зал).

R – Relax (расслабление) – отдых от работы, прогулка.

T – Thinking (мышление) – анализ собственной эффективности, визуальное планирование поставленных целей.

10. Подводи итог в конце дня

Анализируй все, что было сделано за день, и продумывай, что еще сделать предстоит. Сколько времени было потрачено на достижение целей. Если часть дел переносится на следующий день, вспомни и искорени мешающие факторы. И всегда оставляй место для непредвиденных обстоятельств. Обязательно хвали себя за собственные достижения и не останавливайся на достигнутых целях.
