Группы мускулов ног
Под ногами подразумеваются бедра и голень, которую также называют икроножными мышцами. Наиболее сложными в анатомическом плане являются бедра, которые состоят из трех мускульных групп:
— Передний отдел – сгибатели бедра;
— Задний отдел – разгибатели бедра;
— Средний (медиальный) отдел – приводящие мускулы.
Строение мышц бедра
Бедро является наиболее массивной мускульной группой на теле человека. Именно эти бедра могут развивать максимальное усилие в сравнении с другими мускулами. Эта мускульная группа состоит из следующих мышц:
— Бицепс бедра;
— Квадрицепс бедра;
— Приводящие мускулы бедра;
— Ягодицы.
Самым большим мускулом в теле человека является квадрицепс бедра или четырехглавый мускул. Его название связано с наличием четырех мышц, составляющих квадрицепс, которые также называются головками: прямая, медиальная, латеральная, промежуточный широкий мускул. Квадрицепс бедра является разгибателем голени.
Бицепс бедра или двуглавый мускул включает две мышцы: полуперепончатую и полусухожильную. Это мощный сгибатель голени.
Группа приводящих мускулов состоит из тонкой, гребенчатой и трех приводящих (большой, короткой и тонкой) мышц. Функциональное назначение группы заложено в ее названии – приведение бедра. По той причине, что люди являются прямоходячими, приводящие мускулы обладают большой силой.
Последним мускулом, входящим в состав группы бедра является большая ягодичная. Это самый крупный мускул во всем теле. Местом прикреплений мышцы являются тазовая кость и задняя бедренная кость, располагающаяся под тазобедренным суставом. Наибольшая нагрузка на ягодичный мускул приходится во время подъема по лестнице.
Мускулы голени
В состав этой группы входит всего две мышцы – икроножная и камбаловидная. Икроножная располагается на поверхности, а камбаловидная – под ней.
Икроножный мускул состоит из двух отделов (головок): латерального и медиального. Он также называется двусуставным, так как проходит через голеностопный и коленный суставы.
Как мы уже говорили, камбаловидный мускул расположен под икроножным и проходит только через голеностопный сустав. Основной задачей мускула является сгибание стопы.
