Довольно часто начинающие атлеты спрашивают – почему мышцы пресса требуют большего внимания?

Отсутствие пресса волнует многих новичков. Кто-то хочет ликвидировать живот или просто желает приобрести плоский и рельефный. Каждый спортсмен преследует свои цели нахождения в зале. И для достижения желаемых результатов, следует изучить мышцы живота. 

Мышцы живота представляют собой мышечный корсет. Он помогает: 

— формировать брюшную стенку;

— защищать и удерживать внутренние органы;

— стабилизировать корпус и формировать осанку. 

Каждый человек имеет одинаковое строение тела. Мышцы живота состоят из таких частей, как:

— прямая;

— косая;

— поперечная.

Но, у каждого своя анатомическая особенность мышц. И мышцы проявляться в рельефе будут по-разному. 

Прямая мышца живота

Прямая мышца живота представляет собой длинную и плоскую мышцу. Она начинается от грудины и тянется по животу. Данная мышца состоит из нескольких мышечных пучков, которые идут вертикально. Она помогает получить рельеф. 

Прямая мышца разделяется на несколько половинок. При отсутствии жировой прослойки прямая мышца превращается в кубики. 

Она выполняет следующие функции:

— скручивает корпус в позвоночнике;

— поднимает таз;

— повышает внутрибрюшное давление;

— опускает ребра. 

Мышца обладает мощной силой. Также она помогает сгибать позвоночник. Каждая часть прямой мышцы самостоятельно сокращается. Поэтому тренировка проводится исходя из особенностей анатомии человека. 

Наружная косая мышца 

Данная мышца считается самой широкой мышцей. Ее начало находится сбоку грудной клетки по две стороны живота. Наружная мышца находится над внутренней. 

Она выполняет следующие функции:

— вращает тело в различные стороны;

— тянет ребра вниз и сгибает мышцы живота;

— поднимает и переносит отягощение;

— поддерживает корпус в верхнем положении. 

Внутренняя косая мышца

Данная мышца является плоской широкой мышцей в виде веера, которая формирует 2 слой пресса. Она находится под наружной косой мышцей. 

Она выполняет следующие функции:

— вращает тело;

— оттягивает грудину вниз;

— сгибает тело в сторону;

— сжимает пресс. 

— поперечная мышца 

Такая мышца представляет собой 3 слой пресса и опоясывает данную область. Она является природным и атлетическим поясом. Данная мышца разделяется на 3 составляющие: верхнюю, нижнюю и среднюю. 

Она выполняет следующие функции:

— уменьшает размеры талии;

— стягивает ребра;

— сгибает тело вперед и в стороны;

— поворачивает тело.
