Лаваш — это тонкий белый хлеб, характерный для кавказских народов и народов Ближнего Востока. Лаваш можно есть как обыкновенный хлеб, но также в него заворачивают различную начинку. Шаурма по-домашнему
Ингредиенты:
— лаваш

— капуста свежая
— зелень
— йогурт (или майонез)
— кетчуп
— зубчик чеснок
— соль
Приготовление
1. Мелко порежь капусту, зелень, чеснок, огурцы и помидоры, сыр натри на терке, куриное филе порежь небольшими кусочками.
2. Для приготовления соуса смешай йогурт (или сметану) с кетчупом, зеленью, чесноком. Посоли по вкусу.
3. На лаваш выложи курицу, огурцы, помидоры, капусту и сыр, полей соусом
4. Края лаваша заверни во внутрь, скручивая до прямоугольной формы.
5. Для окончательного приготовления шаурму необходимо немного обжарить с двух сторон.
Совет: чтобы шаурма получилась по-настоящему полезной — отдай предпочтение йогурту и отварной, а не обжаренной курице.
Лаваш с семгой
Ингредиенты:
— лаваш
— семга слабосоленая
— сливочный сыр
— укроп
— зеленый лук
— лимонный сок
Приготовление
1. Мелко порежь укроп и зеленый лук.
2. Сливочный сыр переложи в миску и смешай с укропом, луком и лимонным соком.
3. Семгу нарежь тонкими пластами.
4. Раскатай пласт лаваша, смажь его полученной пастой из сыра, а сверху выложи нарезанную семгу.
5. Лаваш заверни в рулет и нарежь на порционные кусочки.
Совет: для более насыщенного вкуса, рулет можно завернуть в фольгу и отправить в холодильник на полчаса. Таким образом, он хорошо пропитается вкусом всех ингредиентов.
Буррито с курицей и фасолью
Ингредиенты:
— лаваш
— куриное филе
— перец болгарский
— лук репчатый
— помидоры свежие
— фасоль консервированная
— сыр твердый
— кинза
— зубчик чеснока
— сок лимона
— соль
— перец черный молотый
Приготовление
1. Болгарский перец и лук нарежь мелкими полосками, курицу таким же способом.
2. Обжаривай овощи на большом огне с добавлением оливкового масла около 3-5 минут, добавь в ним курицу, и обжаривай еще минут 5-7.
3. Томаты нарежь кубиками, чеснок мелко поруби. Все это также добавь в сковороду и туши на маленьком огне минут 10. Потом посоли, поперчи.
4. Раскатай лаваш, в центр него выложи готовую смесь из овощей и курицы (выделившийся сок от приготовленной смеси оставь для соуса), добавь пару ложек фасоли, посыпь тертым сыром.
5. Сверни лаваш, закрывая края.
5. Готовый буррито полей сверху горячим соусом, который остался в сковороде и посыпь тертым сыром.

— лаваш
— шампиньоны
— лук репчатый
— твердый сыр

1. Шампиньоны очисть, промой, порежь дольками и обжарь вместе с луком в небольшом количестве оливкового масла.
2. Расстели лаваш и выложи жареные грибы с луком и накрой вторым листом лаваша.
3. Второй слой щедро посыпь тертым сыром и накрой третьим лавашем.
4. На последний слой выложи измельченные яйца и зелень.
5. Сверни в рулет, разогрей (чтобы сыр расплавился) и разрезай на порции.
